I'm here to help ladies (and men perhaps) to feed your obsession in retail therapy. Items are all authentic and brand new and bought from overseas. Unfortunately to make things easier to transport them home, pAperbags may not be included with the items.
~Items are based on first come first serve basis and reservations can only be made for a maximum of 3 days. ~Items that exceed the '3 days reservation period' , may be given to next in line without prior notice.
~Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
~Prices does not include handling charges, postage cost varies according to the size and weight of item(s). (unless stated otherwise)
~Items will be delivered via Pos Laju / Pos Express. ( Please allow 3 - 7 days, excluding weekend and public holidays) ~All items sold are in perfect condition.We will not be held responsible for any damage or lost items. ~ Colours may vary due to monitor resolution
~Why don’t I put up the “sold” or “reserve” sign but upon enquiring I ended up saying “I’m running out of it”?
The reason I do not put any “sold” or “reserved” sign is to enable me to know what’s the demand like from my customer for that particular design. I have representatives that go to Tie Rack Shop in different countries and will try our best to obtain what our customers desire.
Thus even if u have a particular design you wish to have, you could send me a photo of it and we will try to hunt for the scarf. If it is available at the shop, we will then be more then happy to get it for you =)
~I totally understand that customers would love to save their cash by buying more then 1 scarf. And there are times you wish to wait for the next collection to add to your 2nd piece. Thus in most cases, you will end up more than the “5 days reservation” policy. I don’t mind extending the reservation day, provided you make the initial payment for the 1st scarf (RM70) in order to secure your reservation. Once you have chosen your 2nd scarf, you then pay the balance of RM60 (e.g. RM130 for two scarves).
